1. Data controller

F-Corp EU OÜ, registered in Estonia under number 16234567, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, is the controller of personal data processed through this website. For anything concerning your data, write to privacy@teametf.eu.

2. What we collect

Identification data: name, email address and, where you provide it, telephone number. Connection and browsing data: IP address, server logs and browser type. Correspondence: anything you send us through the contact form or to our support team. Where we are legally required to, we also collect the data needed to meet those obligations.

3. Why we collect it

To give you access to the service and operate it; to manage accounts and the client relationship; to answer your enquiries and provide support; to meet our legal and regulatory obligations; and to keep the site secure and working.

4. Legal basis

Processing rests on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request, on compliance with our legal obligations, on your consent where consent is required, and on our legitimate interest — in particular in matters of security.

5. Who has access

Only our own teams and, where necessary, technical providers acting as processors on our instructions. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

6. How long we keep it

For the duration of the contractual relationship. When the contract ends, data is deleted or anonymised, except where keeping it is necessary to meet a legal or regulatory obligation, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

7. How it is protected

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of your personal data.

8. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR. Exercise any of them by writing to privacy@teametf.eu.

9. Complaints

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or with the supervisory authority of the country where you live.

10. Cookies
